Roshan Patel, M.D., is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Urology at the University of California, Irvine. He serves as the Director of the Kidney Stone Center and Chief of the Division of Endourology, focusing on minimally invasive urological procedures including robotic, laparoscopic, and ureteroscopic surgeries.

His research emphasizes outcomes-based studies for kidney cancer surgeries, methodology evaluation in percutaneous stone treatment, and innovation in endourology technology.
He joined UCI in 2016 under the mentorship of Dr. Ralph Clayman and Dr. Jaime Landman, with a clinical practice spanning robotic partial nephrectomy, laparoscopic procedures, and needle ablative surgeries for kidney stones and cancer.
