Rose Cersonsky

Rose Cersonsky is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, affiliated with Materials Science & Engineering through the College of Engineering. She received her BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut (2014) and PhD in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan (2019), followed by postdoctoral research at EPFL's Laboratory of Computational Science and Modeling.

Rose's research focuses on integrating molecular simulation with machine learning to analyze the relationship between material structure and properties, particularly for anisotropic and complex building blocks. Her work spans colloids, soft matter, and nanomaterials, emphasizing numerical methods, software development, and data-driven approaches.
