Rose Carmen Goldberg is a Lecturer at UC Berkeley School of Law, teaching the Veterans Law Practicum & Seminar and writing courses. She is also the Associate Director of Policy and Programs at Stanford Law School’s Deborah L. Rhode Center, where she manages programs and conducts research to improve legal accessibility and equity.

Her work focuses on increasing access to justice for veterans, immigrants, gun violence survivors, and Native Americans. She has written extensively on sexual assault, veterans' issues, mental health, and end-of-life care in prominent outlets like the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post.

Rose has held significant roles in public interest law, including Deputy Attorney General in California, Skadden Fellow, and clerkship for Chief Judge Theodore A. McKee. She also serves on the Veterans and Military Affairs Committee (Vice Chair), the American Indian Cultural District Advisory Board, and the U.S. District Court Historical Society Board.
