Professor Rosalind Malcolm is a Professor of Law and Director of the Environmental Regulatory Research Group (ERRG) at the University of Surrey's Surrey Law School. She specializes in environmental law, focusing on regulatory frameworks for environmental management, ecodesign laws, and governance of plastics waste. Her work addresses the intersection of law, policy, and interdisciplinary collaboration to tackle 'wicked problems' like plastic pollution and water rights in developing countries.
