Rosalia Santulli, Ph.D., serves as Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at the University of Genoa (Italy) and holds an Affiliated Researcher position at IPAG Business School (Paris, France). Her academic appointments span multiple international institutions, including visiting researcher roles at the Witten Institute for Family Business (Germany) and IPAG Business School's Nice Campus.
Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in Marketing and Communication (2014), Master's in Business Consulting and Management (2011), and Bachelor's in Economics and Business Administration (2009), all from the University of Salerno. Her research spans four core areas:
- Corporate Finance - Focusing on credit access, FinTech disruption, and SME financing
- Corporate Governance - Analyzing board structures and financial distress prediction
- Family Business - Investigating managerial decision-making and succession dynamics
- Social and Sustainable Finance - Exploring ESG integration and impact investing frameworks
Recent publications reveal a strong trend toward sustainable finance and digital transformation in capital markets, with nearly half of her 2021-2025 output examining ESG factors, crowdfunding dynamics, and FinTech impacts. Her work frequently employs advanced methodologies including configurational analysis, Bayesian statistics, and systematic literature reviews.
