Roodabeh Seif

Roodabeh Seif is a researcher at the University of Siegen's Faculty III (Information Systems and New Media). She holds degrees in Computer Science, Mechatronic Engineering, and Human-Computer Interaction. Her research focuses on robotics, cognitive aging technology, and participatory design. She contributed to the e-VITA project (2020–2023), developing a cognitive feedback system for elderly users, and currently works on the CrosscomITS project, addressing communication needs of vulnerable groups through user-centered design.

Her work integrates technical systems with human factors, including prototyping wearable devices (NeU), conducting interviews/surveys, and evaluating usability. She has published in conferences like OzCHI and journals, emphasizing interdisciplinary approaches to technology development.
