Roni Reiter-Palmon, Ph.D., is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Nebraska Omaha, affiliated with the College of Business Administration. She leads research in creativity, organizational behavior, and human-AI collaboration, with a focus on team dynamics and creative problem-solving. Her work bridges cognitive psychology and innovation management, emphasizing practical applications in education and workplace settings.
