Rong Rong

Rong Rong is an Assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, affiliated with the Center for Agriculture, Food, and the Environment. Her research focuses on dietary interventions modulating metabolic health, obesity, and gut microbiota interactions, with a particular emphasis on thermogenesis, mitochondrial function, and inflammatory responses in mouse models.
