Ronald Weed is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of New Brunswick. His research focuses on Ancient Greek philosophy (particularly Aristotle), political thought, ethical theory, and early modern philosophy.

- B.A. in Philosophy/Political Science from Boston College
His research explores Aristotelian political ethics, conflict theory, and the intersection of religion with political liberalism. Current projects include Aristotle's analysis of political conflict, virtue ethics critiques, and honor distribution in political systems.
Weed teaches courses including Later Greek Philosophy, Liberalism and Its Critics, Critical Thinking, Plato’s Republic, and Contemporary Ethical Theory.
