Ronald L. Dufresne is a Professor of Management and Director of the Leadership, Ethics and Organizational Sustainability Program at Saint Joseph’s University. He holds a PhD in Organization Studies from Boston College (2006), an MS in Organizational Studies from Boston College (2005), and a BS in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy, West Point (1994).

Dr. Dufresne has received multiple merit awards from Saint Joseph’s University for teaching, research, service, and advising. He also won the Beta Gamma Sigma Professor of the Year (2014) and Alpha Sigma Nu Teacher of the Year (2017).
His grants and advising contributions involve projects on ethical leadership development, crisis management, and leadership learning from critical incidents. He has collaborated with institutions like the United States Military Academy to study character development and ethical systems.
