Research interests focus on chromatin remodeling, steroid hormone signaling, and epigenetic regulation in the uterine endometrium. His work explores how disruptions in these mechanisms contribute to diseases like endometrial cancer, endometriosis, and adenomyosis, using animal models, cell-based approaches, and functional genomics.
Recent publications highlight trends in epigenetic dysregulation, super-enhancer hyperacetylation, and experimental modeling (organoids, rodent models) for reproductive diseases. Collaborative projects emphasize racial disparities in uterine fibroids and inflammatory responses in endometrial pathologies.
Lab methodologies integrate transcriptomics, DNA methylome analysis, and genetic mutation studies to investigate molecular mechanisms in reproductive health.
