Ronald Baird

Dr. Ronald Baird is a Teaching Professor at Victoria University's College of Arts and Education, specializing in youth studies, corrections technology, and social pedagogy. He holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne and a BA (Hons) from La Trobe University.

His research explores the intersection of technology, criminal justice, and youth culture, with recent work on digital service delivery in corrections, forensic smartphone apps, and youth work as social pedagogy. Key themes include social values, cultural impact, and non-formal education.
