Ron de Bruin

Ron de Bruin is an Associate Professor in the Surgery department at Erasmus Medical Center (Erasmus MC), part of Erasmus University Rotterdam. His research focuses on transplantation surgery, immunology, and surgical techniques, with particular expertise in kidney and intestinal transplantation, machine perfusion, and graft survival mechanisms. He leads a multidisciplinary team investigating innovations in organ preservation and post-transplant outcomes.
