Ron S. Ton is a Visiting Professor in the EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies Department at the College of Europe and serves as Director of the Clingendael Academy (part of the Netherlands Institute of International Relations). He specializes in international relations, diplomacy, and strategic policy planning, managing diplomatic training programs for over 500 diplomats annually from global regions. His expertise includes scenario planning, capacity building for foreign services, and curriculum development in international negotiations.
