Ron Bramhall is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at the Lundquist College of Business, University of Oregon. He has been a full-time instructor since 2003, prior to which he consulted on leadership and communication skills. He holds an MBA from the University of Oregon (2000) and a BS in Psychology from the University of Texas, Arlington (1989).
His expertise spans educational technology, leadership development, persuasive communication, and team dynamics. He directs the undergraduate Honors Program, which emphasizes high academic standards and leadership training. Notably, he guided a student project recognized with the UO Equity and Inclusion Innovation Award, celebrating Native American culture. He also supported the inaugural Ethics Case Competition, emphasizing ethical leadership in business.
Ron’s research includes a 2004 publication linking entertainment media to leadership education in student affairs. His work integrates practical teaching methods with contemporary media to enhance student engagement and leadership skills.
