Roman Klimko is an Assistant Professor and Secretary of the Department at the Department of Social Development and Labour, Faculty of Economics and Finance, Bratislava University of Economics and Business. He holds a PhD in Economics and has conducted research in labour market policy, green economy, and corporate social responsibility. His teaching focuses on labour economics, social policy, and sustainable development, delivered in both Slovak and English.

Notable Projects:
- VEGA 1/0037/20: Addressing employment challenges in evolving socio-economic conditions (2020–2023)
International Collaborations: Engaged in academic exchanges at institutions across Spain, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico, Albania, and Bhutan. These collaborations focus on cross-cultural policy analysis and sustainable development initiatives.
Teaching Responsibilities: Courses include Labour Market and Employment Policy, Social Innovations in Practice, Green Economy and Sustainable Jobs, and Environmental Economics.
Labs/Teams: Involved with the Bratislava Behavioral and Economic Experiences for Research (Bee4R LAB), focusing on experimental economics and policy evaluation.
