Rolly Neba is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacotherapy at the UNT System College of Pharmacy. His research focuses on multimorbidity, pain management, social determinants of health, and the impact of clinical pharmacists in low-resource communities. He holds a PharmD from Idaho State University and a BA in Chemistry (with a Biology minor) from Texas Tech University.

His clinical interests include cardiovascular risk reduction, anticoagulation management, and behavioral health. Recent research explored thyroid hormone stability in thyroid product users and long-term cognitive effects of Long COVID. He has contributed to NIH-funded projects such as the Consortium Development Program (2021–2025) and studies on low-value healthcare services.
Collaborations include work with Dr. J. Vishwanatha and Dr. B. Zhou on NIH projects addressing healthcare inefficiencies and disparities. His work often employs epidemiological methods and national health surveys like the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS).
