Dr. Roland Immler is a Principal Investigator at the Biomedical Center Munich, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, within the Collaborative Research Centre TRR 359. He leads the Sperandio Group in the Department of Cardiovascular Physiology and Pathophysiology.
Research Focus
His scientific interests lie at the intersection of vascular biology, inflammation, and cardiovascular pathophysiology. By investigating endothelial cell function, atherosclerotic processes, and inflammatory signalling cascades, his group aims to uncover molecular mechanisms that drive cardiovascular disease.
