Rok Rupnik is a Senior Lecturer in Information Systems at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana. He holds a Ph.D. in Mobile Applications (2002) and a Master's in Information Systems Engineering (1998), both from the University of Ljubljana.
