Rohan Francis-Taylor

Dr Rohan Francis-Taylor is a Psychiatrist and Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). He completed his Bachelor of Liberal Studies (International) at the University of Sydney in 2006, followed by an MBBS in 2010. Rohan earned his PhD at UNSW in 2021, focusing on neurostimulation treatments for depression.

• Certified in Old Age Psychiatry

His research spans mental health services, digital health interventions, and health promotion for students. Key projects include:

• Retrospective analysis of university health service data
• Evaluating peer support initiatives for HDR students
• Developing the SHIFT app for medical student mental health
• Assessing 'self-care days' for medical students
• Prioritizing student mental health research via Delphi methodology

Rohan provides clinical services to UNSW students and integrates his clinical practice with research to enhance wellbeing in academic settings.
