Roger Stritmatter is a Professor of Humanities and Literary Studies at Coppin State University since 2003. His research focuses on Shakespeare authorship studies, Edward de Vere, forensic literary analysis, and biblical influences in Renaissance literature. He holds a PhD in Comparative Literature from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

- Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from University of Massachusetts at Amherst
Research interests include the Shakespeare authorship question, Edward de Vere's marginalia, biblical intertextuality in drama, and forensic analysis of historical manuscripts. He has published extensively on figures like Ben Jonson, Francis Meres, and Michael Drayton, arguing they knew the true author of Shakespeare's works.
