Roger Lagunoff is Professor of Economics at Georgetown University and founding Co-Director of the Georgetown Center for Economic Research (GCER). He holds a PhD from the University of Minnesota (1989) and has held positions at Penn, Virginia Tech, and AT&T Bell Labs before joining Georgetown in 1996. His research focuses on political economy, game theory, and microeconomic theory, with recent work analyzing authoritarian institutions and global commons problems.
