Rochelle Jones is an Associate Professor in the Department of Systems Engineering and Operations Research at George Mason University’s College of Engineering and Computing. She holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering (Ergonomics and Human Factors) from the University of Central Florida and dual degrees in Systems Engineering from George Mason University. Prior to academia, she spent 14 years as a Systems Engineer and Project Manager at Lockheed Martin, experience she integrates into her teaching and research.
