Dr. Rochelle A Brooks serves as Professor and Program Chair for the Division of Management and Marketing at Viterbo University's Dahl School of Business. She teaches core courses including Management Information Systems, Business Communication, Ethical Leadership, and Project Management across traditional and bachelor completion programs.
Her educational background includes a PhD in Organizational Management with Communications Technology specialization from Capella University, a Master of Education-Professional Development from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and a BS from University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Dr. Brooks' research centers on ethical dilemmas in business technology, with particular focus on data privacy frameworks and healthcare information systems.
