Rocco Macchiavello

Professor Rocco Macchiavello is a prominent academic in Development, Organizational, and Industrial Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE), serving as Professor of Management in the Department of Management. Previously, he held roles at Warwick University and was a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard Kennedy School and Nuffield College (Oxford). He earned his PhD in Economics from LSE in 2006, following degrees from DELTA Paris and the University of Genoa.

His research focuses on relational contracts, vertical integration, supply chains, and management practices in weak-institutionalized environments.
