Rocco Giordano

Rocco Giordano is an Associate Professor at Aalborg University, affiliated with the Department of Health Science and Technology within the Faculty of Medicine. He holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Science and Engineering focusing on epigenetic and proteomic signatures in chronic pain post-total knee replacement. His research integrates molecular biology, epigenetics, and precision medicine to address pain mechanisms and postoperative outcomes. Giordano collaborates across disciplines, including the Center for Neuroplasticity and Pain and the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
