Robin Rhodes is a Professor at St. Lawrence University and Director of ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and Multilingual Student Academic Support. She is affiliated with the World Languages, Cultures and Media department and the African Studies Program.
Education:
- Doctorate in English Pedagogy/Writing in English Language Specialization
- M.S.Ed in Educational Design, Training, and Development
- New York State K-12 English as a Second Language teaching certification
- 7-12 English Language Arts teaching certification
Research Interests:
- Linguistically and culturally sustaining English pedagogy
- Teacher training and English instruction abroad
- Language and education in Kenya and Rwanda
- African Studies

- Program Coordinator for the Peace Corps Prep Program
- Member of the Africa English Language Teaching Association editorial board
- International teacher training in China, Rwanda, and Kenya
