Robin Joyce

Dr. Robin Joyce is an Assistant Professor and Clinical Education Coordinator in the Department of Physical Therapy at Seton Hill University. With over 28 years of clinical experience, she specializes in neurologic rehabilitation and oversees clinical education for DPT students. Previously, she served as an adjunct lab assistant at the University of Pittsburgh for 15+ years.

Research Focus: Dr. Joyce investigates evidence-based management of Parkinson’s Disease and traumatic brain injury, alongside pedagogical research on integrating ethical principles (Catholic Social Teaching) into physical therapy education. Her work emphasizes functional outcomes in neurodegenerative conditions.

Leadership & Service: She serves on the boards of the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania and WestCoHab Homeless Engagement Subcommittee, and mentors Seton Hill's Women’s Volleyball team as a Faculty Athletic Support Team member.
