Roberto Viciano Pastor

Roberto Viciano Pastor is a Professor of Constitutional Law with full tenure at the University of Valencia, Spain, and has held the Jean Monnet Chair on Institutions of the EU since 1995. His career spans Spain and Latin America, where he is renowned as a constitutional law expert.

• Founder of the Center for Political and Social Studies (CEPS) and the European Union Foundation
• Director of the Master's program in European Community Law (since 1996) and the European Polo on EU-Mediterranean Relations
• Visiting professor at the Universities of Havana and Camagüey (Cuba)
• International observer in electoral processes across El Salvador, Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela, and Colombia

His research focuses on EU institutions, constitutional reforms, and human rights, with significant contributions to Latin American legal frameworks.
