Roberta Lusa

Roberta Lusa serves as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Queensland, where she contributes to academic instruction and research initiatives within the pharmacy discipline.

Her research spans critical areas of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, with specialized focus on Medication Safety, Clinical Pharmacy, and Health Services Research. She actively participates in the Optimising Medicine Information Handover After Discharge (OPTMED-D) project and the Safe and Effective Medication Collaborative, addressing systemic challenges in medication management during care transitions.

Through her involvement in university research platforms like the Research-to-Impact Talks and Higher Degrees by Research programs, Dr. Lusa supports evidence-based practice development and contributes to interdisciplinary collaborations targeting medication-related patient outcomes.
