Robert Sipes is a Professor and Program Director of the Master of Science in Athletic Training (MSAT) program at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, within the School of Nursing and Health Professions and the Department of Kinesiology. He holds a Doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction and is a certified athletic trainer with extensive experience in sports medicine research and education.
