Robert Popovich

Robert Popovich is a Professor at Southwestern Law School, specializing in tax law, estate planning, and contract law. He holds a B.S. (with honors) from California State University Northridge, an MBT from the University of Southern California, and a J.D. (summa cum laude) from Pepperdine University. His research focuses on domestic and international tax, estates and trusts, and business transactions.

Professor Popovich has received multiple teaching awards including the Excellence in Teaching Award (five times) and the Howard A. White Award for Teaching Excellence. He is a licensed CPA and member of the American Bar Association (Taxation and Education sections).

He serves as faculty advisor to Tax Law Societies and teaches courses including Community Property, Contracts, and Wills & Trusts.
