Robert Patrick is a Professor in the Department of Geography and Planning at the College of Arts and Science, University of Saskatchewan. His work centres on land-use and watershed planning, with a particular emphasis on source-water protection and Indigenous water security, especially among First Nations communities across Alberta and Saskatchewan.
