Dr. Robert O'Hara is a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at Clemson University, affiliated with the College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences. His academic background includes a Ph.D. in Learning Sciences (2023), an M.S.Ed. in Higher Education Administration (2013), and a B.A. in History and Theater (2010). He teaches courses on child development, research methods, and cognitive psychology. His research focuses on classroom environments' impact on student motivation, belonging, and academic confidence, leveraging Relational Developmental Systems theories and interdisciplinary collaborations in engineering education.
