Robert Morgan

Dr. Robert Morgan is a Research Professor and Chair of the Department of Management, Policy and Community Health (MPACH) at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) School of Public Health. He specializes in quality of care, access to care, and health services research using administrative/claims data and survey design. His work spans Veterans Affairs, Medicare, and Medicaid systems with a current focus on dementia care and mental health care access in Texas.
