Robert Mellor

Dr. Robert Mellor is a Senior Research Fellow at the Rural Economies Centre of Excellence (Research) at the University of Southern Queensland. With over 45 years of experience, he combines practical expertise with academic research, focusing on local government governance, disaster resilience planning, and international development. He previously established the UTS Centre for Local Government and has advised organizations globally.
