Robert M. Silver

Dr. Robert M. Silver is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine, University of Utah. He is a national expert in high-risk pregnancies and maternal-fetal medicine, specializing in stillbirth, placental disorders, and pregnancy complications.

• Leadership: Department Chair since 2018, overseeing growth, new divisions, and integrated practice units.
• Research: Focus on stillbirth, pregnancy loss, and medical complications in pregnancy, funded by NICHD and NHLBI grants.
