Robert Keller is a Research Professor at the University of Applied Sciences Kempten, Faculty of Tourism-Management, since 2020. He leads the Business Information Systems Laboratory and serves as Director of the Institute for Sustainable and Innovative Tourism (INIT) since 2024. His interdisciplinary research bridges applied data science and behavioral science to address challenges in tourism and mobility, with a focus on digital nudging, sustainable smart tourism, and visitor management.
