Robert J. Vanderbei is a full Professor in the Department of Operations Research and Financial Engineering (ORFE) at Princeton University. He also holds courtesy appointments in Mathematics, Astrophysics, Computer Science, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and Applied Mathematics, and is a member of the Bendheim Center for Finance. He served as department chair from 2005 to 2011.
