Robert Horn

Robert Horn is an Associate Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at Montclair State University’s College for Community Health. His research focuses on motor learning, decision-making under stress, and biomechanics in law enforcement and sports contexts. He holds degrees from the University of Liverpool (BS), University of West Chester (MS), and John Moores University (PhD).
