Robert DeYoung is the Capitol Federal Distinguished Professor in Financial Markets and Institutions and Koch Foundation Distinguished Professor in Business Economics at the University of Kansas School of Business. He holds the Harold Otto Chair in Economics. His academic journey includes roles as Co-Editor of the Journal of Money, Credit and Banking since 2009, and prior positions at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
Education: B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University (1983), Ph.D. in Economics from University of Wisconsin-Madison (1989).
