Dr. Robert Chisholm is a Research Software Engineer at the University of Sheffield's School of Computer Science, specializing in GPU acceleration and parallel algorithms. He leads the module COM4521 on GPU computing and supports researchers via the University's Research Software Engineering (RSE) team. He is a core contributor to the FLAMEGPU2 framework, which enables GPU-accelerated agent-based modeling. His work focuses on optimizing large-scale simulations in domains like cancer research and traffic systems.
