Professor Robert Brander is a coastal geomorphologist and beach safety researcher at the University of New South Wales within the School of Biological, Earth & Environmental Sciences. With a BSc and MSc from the University of Toronto and a PhD from the University of Sydney, he specializes in beach hazards, rip current dynamics, and science communication.
