Robert Berger is an Adjunct Faculty member at the School of Education, Pacific Oaks College, where he has taught since 2012. He teaches both on-ground and online courses and is actively involved in preparing future educators through credentialing exam support. He rejoined the institution in fall 2024 after a brief hiatus, continuing his commitment to teacher development.

He is a member of the California Teachers Organization and currently teaches fifth grade at Ralph Waldo Emerson Elementary School in Burbank, bringing practical classroom experience into his academic role. While no scientific awards or research publications are noted, his educational contributions have significantly impacted teacher readiness and program development.
