Robert Baumann, MD is a Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics at the University of Kentucky. He established the Child Neurology outreach clinics to serve underserved Appalachian children and families. His professional service includes roles as Director of the Professors of Child Neurology (1988–92), Board member of the American Academy of Neurology (2009–13), and Secretary Treasurer of the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties (2011–2020). His work focuses on child neurology, healthcare equity, and clinical research.
