Dr. Robello Samuel is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Petroleum Engineering at the University of Houston's Cullen College of Engineering, concurrently holding this position for over 12 years while serving as a Technology Fellow at Halliburton. With 43 years of multi-disciplinary experience in oil/gas drilling operations, he specializes in drilling engineering innovations and well design.
