Rob van Tulder

Rob van Tulder is a Full Professor of International Business-Society Management at RSM Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he founded the Business-Society Management department in 1998. He holds a PhD (cum laude) in Social Sciences from the University of Amsterdam and has served as a visiting professor across multiple universities globally.

• Research focuses on sustainable development, cross-sector partnerships, and corporate responsibilities.
• Founder of the Partnerships Resource Centre (PrC), pioneering action research for UNCTAD, UNDP, and collaborations with MNEs like Philips and Unilever.
• Chair of the Wage Indicator Foundation and advisor to Robeco (SDG investment).

His work addresses societal grand challenges (SDGs 1, 2, 3, 6, 8, 17) through tools like the Better Business Scan and CANVAS+. He has authored over 100 scholarly articles and 10 books, including Principles of Sustainable Business (2023).
