Roark Horn

Roark Horn, EdD, is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Educational Leadership at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI), holding the Pomerantz Endowed Professorship in Educational Excellence. With over three decades of experience in K-12 education and administration, his expertise spans school leadership, superintendent transitions, and ethical decision-making.
