معرفی
Dr. River Pachulicz is a Grant-Funded Researcher (Level A) at the University of Adelaide, affiliated with the School of Agriculture, Food and Wine and the Department of Chemistry. His research focuses on plant metabolomics and lipidomics, particularly using mass spectrometry techniques like HPLC-DAD-MS, IM-MS, and GC-MS to study cuticular lipids in crops and anthocyanin structures in plant extracts. His work aims to mitigate fungal infections in agriculture by disrupting host recognition mechanisms. He completed his PhD at the University of Adelaide under Professors Tara Pukala and Vincent Bulone, exploring anthocyanin bioactivity via mass spectrometry.
Research interests include structural analysis of plant metabolites, agrochemical impacts, and environmental applications. His recent publications span topics like anthocyanin esterification, glyphosate metal complexes, and antioxidant properties of plant extracts. Collaborations include working with Dr. Bryan Coad to identify leaf cuticular lipids in grain crops.
