Rita Klapper is a Visiting Professor at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Science and Engineering, specializing in cognitive and phenomenological approaches to entrepreneurship education.
Her research examines sustainable entrepreneurship education, transformative pedagogy, and the role of social capital in low-growth communities. She coordinates the Academic Teacher Training program and chairs the NRO-Expertgroep leiderschap in onderwijs.
Recent work evaluates EIT Climate-KIC training programs, developing frameworks for integrating sustainability competencies with technological innovation in educational settings.
